Situated on land to the west of Balcombe Road, it is the partnership’s intention is to create an office park of exemplar quality, unrivalled in terms of its commercial offering, transport links, built environment and sustainability.

As a strategic employment site immediately adjacent to Gatwick Airport and its rail services it would benefit from regular and rapid access to central London, the M23 and the Southern Home Counties and connectivity to Europe by air.

The envisaged high quality office space will provide occupiers with the choice and flexibility to meet the needs of their businesses, offering state of the art accommodation within a vibrant natural environment minutes from excellent rail, road and air connections.

The built environment will be specified to the highest standards and interwoven with heavily landscaped communal areas. Part of the site will be opened to the public as a new town park. It is the intention to retain as many of the existing trees on site as possible. Screening to the surrounding residential areas will be maintained and, in places, enhanced and no buildings will be constructed on known flood plains.
